Simons & Woodard believes that the best tenant a property owner can have is the one he's already got. So we strive to provide excellent tenant service everyday. Tenant services include all the things that the landlord commits to do under each building tenant lease (i.e. ensuring the building is clean, secure, heated or cooled.) Tenant services also include things that we think make a company's tenancy easy (i.e. hanging pictures, moving a desk, etc.) A tenant can hire us to do these things and more when we have time available. We appreciate our tenants and try to show appreciation through good communication and services.
